Anti-aging regarding our health as we grow older

When we think about anti-aging we usually think about measures to help us stay looking young and attractive, the cosmetic side to anti-aging. But much more important in terms of health are the internal anti-aging factors.
What do we need to be aware of today to age better and what do we need to be doing to retain our lean muscle mass, our strength and well-being into even very old age?
In her talk Lindsey will give interesting answers and practical everyday tips to these questions.
Lindsey H has been working within the Fitness industry for 34 years covering many different training forms. Today she teaches many Pilates classes and also gives one-to-one Personal Training sessions (using different methods), in person and online, teaching clients individually and helping them to reach their goals.
She also specialises in teaching older clients and enthusiastically getting the message across that it is never too late to improve fitness and age better whatever the number on the cake is!
Talk starts at 14:00 and t will take place in Joyce F's home. Light refreshments will be served afterwards
