We have reserved 25 tickets for Much Ado About Nothing which is to be performed in English by The Handlebards at this year's Shakespeare Festival at The Globe Theatre in Neuss.

For many years now, the HandleBards have served as a guarantee for hilarious, fast-paced interpretations of Shakespeare that are full of atmosphere. When action-packed role and costume changes, wars of words and slapstick elements are perfectly achieved on stage, you can be certain that the HandleBards are at work. In a farcical version of Much Ado About Nothing, everything revolves around love. The pleasures of love and love songs, sprinkled with jealousy and some intrigues – chaos is unavoidable. Can we ever really be certain of love?

The performance starts at 18:00 and we are planning a picnic before the performance.  Joyce will be bringing along scones, jam and cream and there will also be savouries and cakes.  The Committee will provide drinks.
